Support Policy

Support Eligibility

  • Free Premium Support is available for each license from the date of purchase, as specified on the product page.
  • Extend your support for an additional 6 months (1 year total) by paying 30% of the extension price within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once the support period has expired, it can be renewed for 6 months at a cost ranging from 50% to 80% of the extension’s latest price. Renewal pricing is available on the license page.

Support Features
Our support covers:

  • Installation of the extension/module.
  • Fixing bugs or issues related to the extension.
  • Resolving minor conflicts with third-party extensions.
  • Template customization support using VQMOD/OCMOD.

Support Timing

  • Support is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).
  • Support is closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays observed in India and the United States.
  • Requests submitted outside business hours may not be addressed until the next working day.
  • In exceptional cases, weekend support may be provided at the discretion of the developer.
  • High-priority support is available on all days with applicable additional charges.

Special Cases - Offer Period - Terms and Conditions

  • During sale periods, refunds are not available, but store credit may be provided in genuine cases at HuntBee's discretion.
  • Support responses may experience delays during the sale period, and all support must be requested through the Support Ticket System. Queries submitted via WhatsApp, Email, or Chat will not be addressed.
  • For major conflicts with third-party modules or templates, additional support charges may apply.

Support System

  • Post-purchase queries or issues must be raised through our Support Ticket System.
  • Queries posted in the OpenCart comment section or submitted via email may not receive a response.
  • For pre-sale queries, you may contact us directly through our contact form or email us at opencart@huntbee.com.

Ticket Response Time

  • Initial responses to support tickets will be provided within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days).
  • Resolution times vary depending on the complexity of the issue and, in rare cases, may take up to two weeks.
