Priority Support

Sometimes responses to the ticket may get delayed depending on the support tickets queue. However, I do offer priority support to all customers where you can get a resolution within 24 hours from the time of payment.

Payment

Priority support is offered for a non-refundable amount of $50 (USD). The validity ends in 24 hours (assuming the issue is addressed and a solution is given within 24 hours).

Eligibility for Priority Support

  1. Support related to the extension developed by huntbee (Priyabrata Ghorai)
  2. Any urgent issue like 500 Server error, page not opening, website crash

Non-Eligibility Conditions

  1. Not for fixing any other 3rd party modules. (I can help disable the extension or minor fixes related to 3rd party extension, but not fixing the complete extension if it has major bugs)
  2. New Project Requirements. (Priority Support is mainly for addressing very critical and urgent issues)
  3. You cannot ask for multiple priority support with single payment.
