A refund should be claimed within 15 days from the date of purchase. Once refund is claimed, our support team will authenticate the claim and within 2 business days the refund of money will be initiated from our end. The refund process will get complete based on the payment gateway provider's refund policy. All refund claim should be communicated via our support system via tickets. Kindly do not claim refund through email.
* Please note you will need to submit a support ticket in our support system. The support team will attempt to install the extension in your website. Refund will be initiated only after the support team verifies that you cannot use this extension. Admin credential and ftp credential will be required to attempt installation. Refund will not be processed if you are hesitant to share credential to the support team for the installation
When you purchase a product, it involves payment gateway commission fee, taxes, exchange rate charges, maintenance charges.
And when we have to initiate refund it involves some charges to be paid to the payment gateway.
And when we work on your ticket, it involves infrastructure cost, maintenance charges, taxes.
Based on the above mentioned factors, the cancellation fee policy is as follows.

4 | Support team worked on the ticket and the extension is not working as expected due to conflict from some other extension or theme | $5 + 10% of the extension price |
