Customer Carts

Shows the registered customers cart. Carts of logged in customers are shown here

Guest Carts

Shows the Guest Carts. Guest information like email and name for first time user (guest) cart is saved when the user goes to checkout page. It also identifies the returning guest using the same browser. The extension uses cookie to identify the returning guest.

Unidentified Carts

Shows the list of carts of the guest user whose email address is not tracked yet. For example when a customer visits your website first time and adds items to cart, these items will be shown here. Once the customer goes to checkout page and fills the information, the email address is assigned to these cart and will get listed under customer carts or guest carts.

Emails cannot be sent to unidentified carts.
