Key Features of Email Groups
- Create Email Groups:
Admins can create new email groups with ease. Click on the Create New Group button, enter a name for the group, and click Add. The group will be created instantly and ready for use. - Add Bulk Email Addresses:
Add multiple email addresses to a group in one step. Navigate to the Add Emails to Group tab, enter email addresses (comma-separated), select the desired group from the dropdown menu, and click Add Emails to Group. - Import Email Addresses:
The extension offers multiple ways to import email addresses into groups:- From One Group to Another: Copy email addresses from one group to another.
- Based on Reference Groups: Remove or add email addresses by comparing two groups.
- From Database Tables: Select any table from your database that contains email addresses, specify the column with the email addresses, and assign them to a group.
- Based on Product Purchases: Import email addresses of customers who purchased specific products.
- From CSV File: Upload a CSV file containing email addresses and assign them to a group.
- Remove Emails by Reference:
Remove email addresses from a group using another group as a reference, ensuring precise management of email lists. - When adding the email address, the extension validates the email address and also skips duplicate email addresses in the same group
How to Use the Email Groups Feature
- Creating a New Group:
- Go to the Email Groups section.
- Click on the Create New Group button.
- Enter the group name in the provided field and click Add.
- Adding Email Addresses to a Group:
- Navigate to the Add Emails to Group tab.
- Enter email addresses as comma-separated values.
- Select the group from the dropdown menu.
- Click Add Emails to Group.
- Importing Emails:
- Select the desired import option (database table, CSV file, product purchase, etc.).
- Provide the required details such as table name, column name, or upload a CSV file.
- Choose the group where the emails will be added and complete the import process.
- Removing Emails Using a Reference Group:
- Specify the reference group.
- Choose the group from which emails will be removed.
- Execute the removal process to update your list.

Note: You cannot add emails to default email groups.
